•    Oversee the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions.
•    Develop and implement RPA strategies to transform and automate standardized business processes.
•    Lead and manage a team of RPA developers and Analysts.
•    Ability to identify / evaluate automation opportunities and translate them into technical requirements.
•    Monitor the performance of RPA solutions and recommend necessary continuous improvements.
•    Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure timely delivery of automation projects. 
•    Stay updated on advancements in automation technologies, tools, and trends. 
•    Collaborate closely with SMEs and cross functional teams in improving business operations.  
•    Ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency across practices.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Leadership:
•    Continuously improve automation processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
•    Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation frameworks and strategies.
•    Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship to ensure the quality and reliability of automation code.
•    Contribute, in partnership with MSP, to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of software development practices, including code reviews and quality assurance best practices.
•    Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in software automation.    50%

Collaboration and Communication:
•    Maintain collaboration and communication with RPA CoE Global team members on pipeline, overall strategic objectives, and priorities. 
•    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
•    Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.    30%

Managing Reporting Team:
•    Provide direction and support to business analysts and developers, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
•    Encourage open communication and constructive feedback to promote a positive work environment.    20%

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field with a technology discipline.
•    Minimum of 5+ years of experience in robotics process automation.
•    Solid understanding of key concepts related to Software Development Lifecyle (SDLC) and Digital Transformation.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
•    Strong leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and coaching team members.
•    Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•    Relevant certifications in software automation (e.g., UiPath Certifications) are a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Required: 
•    Automation tools: Primarily UiPath Suite (Orchestrator, UiPath Studio)
•    Project management platforms: Altassian tools such as Jira and Confluence
•    ERP Systems: SAP portfolio 

Preferred:
•    Experience using other industry-leading tools and technologies (Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, GenAI, Document Understanding, Agentic Automation)
•    Strong working knowledge of Python, VBA, Power Automate, APIs.
•    Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub) 
•    Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
•    Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS 

Availability to work between 1pm IST to 10pm IST hours (minimum 3 hours of overlap with US ET Time zone)
